Phenom People is seeking an experienced and motivated Scaled Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Rotterdam, Netherlands

The Scaled Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that customers are receiving the most value out of the Phenom platform. This comes in the form of multiple touch points throughout the customers’ journey to foster the development and understanding of Phenom software using a “One to Many” approach.Responsibilities:

  • Organize, host and oversee trainings and webinars with multiple customers
  • Create and conduct business reviews
  • Content creation to help customers self-learn Phenom software or promote events
  • Become knowledgable about the platform to strategize increased customer adoption
  • Assist in the the development and implementation of new customer service policies and procedures
  • Create, maintain and improve customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, or related field
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technologies

Work Experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 1+ years within a Customer Care or Customer Success role. SaaS customer success or TA/HR industry experience is a benefit.
  • A data-driven mindset who is intrigued by the challenge of delivering an awesome Phenom experience to hundreds of customers.
  • A go-getter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and takes the initiative to get things done.
  • Ability to embrace the mindset of continuous improvement and actively contribute to the process and procedures of the team.
  • Proven track record of highly professional customer service in a dynamic, start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with Totango and/or Salesforce would be a plus.
