As Head of Commercial, you will spearhead VitroLabs' commercial and partnership strategy in Europe. Your primary goal will be to establish and manage partnerships with prestigious brands, positioning us as a leader in authentic, sustainable leather production. You will hire and lead a commercial development team and build our presence in Europe.

- Team Building & Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performance commercial team fostering a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment in order to execute on business development and partnership objectives.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy and roadmap aligned with VitroLabs corporate goals and objectives.
- Process Creation & Optimization: Establish a repeatable, scalable process for partner acquisition and management. Identify and assess potential partnerships and business opportunities within the European market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with the product and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment and meet production needs for partners. Collaborate closely with the California-based executive team, ensuring alignment and reporting progress.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by securing partnerships and overseeing negotiations and contracts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in VitroLabs-relevant markets and verticals.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Navigate complex contracts and negotiations with partners while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial development, business development, or similar roles, preferably in physical goods or fashion industries.
- A proven track record of building teams from the ground up and achieving commercial success.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships.
- A strong network within the luxury fashion, automotive, or relevant industries is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
