Our office is located in the heart of Amsterdam. Right in between the beautiful canals and the vibrant streets of De Pijp, with its many lunch spots and biggest open market of Amsterdam. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL FOCUS ON
As our German Content Marketing Intern, you’re responsible for ensuring that that our website, newsletters, and all our digital channels are filled with high quality content with support of our SEO team, Content team and Marketing Analyst. You are fluent in German and are a capable copywriter, with an eye for good grammar and tone of voice.
You also have ideas for getting content featured outside our own platform and are proactive in making this happen. You’re able to strike the perfect balance between selling, telling and SEO. But of course - you also love beer!
Your key tasks:
- Create quality content for all our digital channels (articles, landing pages, newsletters etc.)
- Keeping the webshop looking great: spotting typos, testing the website for bugs, and making on-the-go improvements
- Ensuring that our website is up-to-date, commercially relevant and in good working order
- Bringing creative ideas to the table in our editorial meetings and brainstorm sessions
- Optimizing the website with numerous SEO tasks
- Running monthly site audits and solving issues identified by them
- Identifying pain points in the customer journey and take action on how to improve these
- Coordinating and helping with requests coming from other teams within the business
- Generally supporting the team with different projects with the freedom to start your own
THE THINGS YOU BRING TO BEERWULF AS A GERMAN CONTENT MARKETING INTERN
You stand out if you:
- A clear interest in eCommerce, retail, content marketing and digital merchandising
- No prior work experience needed as long as you are motivated to learn and grow
- An eye for good retail experiences and curiosity about what goes into running a successful webshop
- Process-driven, organised, and able to bring structure and prioritisation to your work
- Fluent in German and English, with other languages a plus
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems
- In the final stage of your bachelor or master, ideally in a relevant field of study
- Enrolled in a Dutch school or university. You need to provide proof of enrolment
- Available full time, for a period of 6 months
- Please note you must already live in The Netherlands
